Paramedic Torres: Male, mid-forties, cardiac arrest. Down for approximately six minutes before we got him back.
Dr. Martinez: How many rounds of epi did you give him?
Paramedic Torres: Three rounds. Last vitals were BP 90 over 60, pulse thready at 110.
Nurse Johnson: I need a 12-lead EKG and full cardiac panel, stat!
Resident Dr. Kim: Should I prep him for the cath lab?
Dr. Martinez: Not yet. Kim, I want you to get cardiothoracic surgery on the phone.
Surgeon Dr. Walsh: Already here. What's the situation?
Dr. Martinez: Possible STEMI, patient's been down twice in the last hour.
Nurse Johnson: He's dropping again! Pressure's falling!
Surgeon Dr. Walsh: We need to get him upstairs now. This can't wait.
Resident Dr. Kim: OR 3 is ready and waiting.
Dr. Martinez: Move! Every second counts now!
