Full Script

Dr. House: I've run every test. Twice. (beat) Nothing.

Dr. Wilson: Are you... are you saying you don't know?

Dr. House: I'm saying the tests don't know. I have theories.

Dr. Wilson: How many?

Dr. House: Twelve. All of them wrong.

Dr. Wilson: House, the family is asking if they should say goodbye.

Dr. House: Tell them no. Saying goodbye is giving up. I don't give up.

Dr. Wilson: Sometimes giving up isn't weakness. Sometimes it's mercy.

Dr. House: Mercy is for priests and poets. I'm a doctor. (pause) Get me more blood work.

Dr. Wilson: You've taken so much blood she looks like a vampire's leftovers.

Dr. House: Then she won't miss a little more.
