Actor Lab

Trust & Transparency

ActorLab is built by a working SAG-AFTRA actor with a background in laboratory informatics — someone who needed this tool before he built it. That means two habits carried over from the lab: keep records honest, and never claim more than the data shows. Here is exactly how we treat your work.

Your work stays yours

Scenes you rehearse, self-tapes you record, and auditions you track belong to you. We store them so your workflow works — not to resell, license, or train public models on them.

You can delete your content and your account at any time, and deletion means deletion. The details live in our Privacy Policy and Terms, which this page summarizes but never overrides.

Where AI is involved — and where it is not

Scene partner voices are synthetic, generated with professional voice AI. They are labeled as AI and never presented as real people.

AI helps you rehearse: reading opposite lines, timing detection, and feedback on your practice. AI never submits you to a casting call, never contacts anyone on your behalf, and never makes career decisions for you.

For casting directors

Self-tapes made with ActorLab are real performances by real actors. Our tools handle the reader, the countdown, and the workflow — not the acting.

We do not alter, enhance, or synthesize an actor’s performance. What you see is what they did.

Security, payments, and reliability

Payments run through Stripe; card numbers never touch our servers. Production systems are health-checked and monitored around the clock.
