Janine: Barbara, I made a vision board for the classroom! With goals and stickers and—
Barbara: Janine. The children can't read yet.
Janine: They can read pictures! Pictures of their dreams!
Barbara: Their dream is snack time. Which is in five minutes.
Janine: Don't you want to inspire them? Show them what's possible?
Barbara: I want to teach them to count. Then read. Inspiration comes after multiplication.
Janine: You're so... practical.
Barbara: I've been teaching for twenty years. Practical keeps you sane.
Janine: What if I don't want to be sane? What if I want to change the world?
Barbara: Then start by changing one child at a time. The world will follow eventually.
